General white garlic are classified form the different skin colors, there are purple garlic and white garlic; By the size of garlic, there are large garlic and small garlic clove, but the size of the garlic clove have purple skin and white skin, so should be based on the size of the garlic clove classification.


(1) six petals of red


Crop variety examination and approval committee was identified in 1987. Local common white garlic variety, plant height 65-75cm, 9 sword-shaped leaves, dark green leaves, thick wax powder.
