Single headed black garlic is another name of Solo Black Garlic, it is made of the raw single headed garlic.
Black Garlic is a kind of aged garlic whose browning is attributable to Maillard reaction rather than caramelized, first used as a food ingredient in Asian cuisine. It is made by heating and fermenting whole bulbs of garlic over the course of several weeks, a process that results in black cloves. The taste is sweet and syrupy with hints of balsamic vinegar or tamarind. Black garlic's popularity has spread to the USA as it has become a very hot ingredient used in high level cuisine.
1.Raw material: Well selected raw single headed garlic
1)Inner packing: 90g, 125g, 200g, 250g or 500g/jar
2)Outer packing 5kg, 9kg or 10kg carton.

3. Delivery time: usually 7-15 days after the deposit, it depends on the quantity.
4. Storaging condition: Dry and shady place with no bacteria, avoid sunlight and high temperature.
